In November 2024, my hard work networking and building Blues News led to an exciting opportunity with Southend United as their Digital Marketing Executive. My role involves various responsibilities, providing me with extensive experience and versatility. Here are some of my achievements during my time at the club: -

Gathered significant data and created presentations, helping the club secure a crucial partnership with train company c2c.

Worked tirelessly to organize a fantastic awards night, far exceeding standards for clubs at our level.

Created presentations that helped sell out all sponsorship slots for our 25/26 trip away to Spain.

Revamped and improved ‘Junior Blues’ certificates and handouts to connect with younger fans.

Played a crucial role in selling out 100% of our Wembley Mascot Packages on short notice.

Single-handedly created the digital commercial brochure for the club, which helped sell out all partnership slots.

Wrote all press releases for the club ahead the 25/26 season.

Contributed to the ‘Sea of Blue’ campaign, raising attendance from 7,000 to nearly 10,000 for the final four matches of the season.
This role has taught me effective time management to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality, encouraged creativity within the club’s branding, and enhanced my teamwork skills for formulating effective marketing strategies. I've also gained proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
